Is there an age requirement to apply?

You must be 21 to apply for the WAL Residency. 

 

Are utilities and WiFi included in the residency?

Yes

 

Are pets allowed?

Only certified and documented service animals. 

 

Are you eligible if you’re out of the states?

Yes, you may apply if you are living abroad. Unfortunately, we cannot secure or sponsor a US visa. 

 

Who selects the artists?

The panel is composed of two arts professionals, one WAL artist, one Verge artist and a representative of AYP. The staff of WAL and Verge will not be part of the selection process. 

 

Does the apartment come furnished?

Yes.
